Contact us

Spotted an error, or want a calculator we do not have yet? We would like to hear from you.

Reporting a mistake

Please include the page, the inputs you used, the result you got and the figure you expected, with a link to the official source if you have one.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personal tax or financial advice, or help with your SARS eFiling profile. For those, contact SARS directly or a registered tax practitioner.

Suggesting a tool or a change

Tell us the question you were trying to answer and where you got stuck. We build tools that many South African households need and that we can base on an official source, such as an Act, a regulation, a gazette or a published tariff, so a link to that source helps.

Your privacy when you email us

We use your email only to reply to you and delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not add you to a mailing list. Please do not send ID numbers, payslips, bank statements or other documents with personal information: describe the figures instead. See the privacy policy for more.

One inbox for every KayaWise site

RandRight is part of KayaWise, a family of free South African money and life-admin sites. The same address, hello@kayawise.co.za, reaches us for all of them, so tell us which site and page you mean. See about us for how we check our figures.
